When driving along the roads of Swedish Lapland, it is not uncommon to encounter reindeer by the roadside, moving in or out of the forest. You have to drive very carefully to avoid colliding with them. However, if you spot them from a distance and approach slowly, it is possible to photograph them as they look at you curiously—as happened in this instance.
